REQUIREMENTS:
* College degree or equivalent experience with technical specialization
* At least 2 years experience in database design, development/administration and implementation experience
* At least 2 years experience in relational database development or administration in a commercial enterprise setting
* Extensive hands on experience with MS SQL Server 2000/Transact-SQL and SQL Server DTS Packages Experience with MS SQL Server 2005
* SSIS/Reporting services is a plus
* Experience in business requirement analysis and conversion to database design
* Experience working in a Service Desk/Helpdesk environment
* Hands-on experience in database program design and development
* Excellent/proven troubleshooting and problem resolution skills
* Datawarehousing/Business Intelligence experience
* Undergone ITIL Foundation course is an advantage
* Experience using network monitoring tools; using trouble ticketing systems
* Good English communication and interpersonal skills and has worked in a customer support environment
