Design, install and repair station cabling/jacks as needed (servers, desktops, routers, switches, networks etc.) Schedule necessary repairs with network infrastructure vendors, as needed insuring that all repairs are completed in a timely manner. Responsible for installation, setup, roll-out, and maintenance of PeopleSupport’s network infrastructure.

REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum of 4 years experience with Cisco Equipment – hands-on administration experience with high end Cisco Routers, Switches and Firewalls Proven ability to engineer local and wide-area networks from the ground up Must possess in-depth knowledge of Cisco routers, switches and firewalls from both an operational and design perspective - 6500/4500 series; routers - 7200/3800 series LAN/WAN design and implementation from an NT and physical perspective WAN design and implementation from a routing and physical perspective High Availability technologies (Application Switches, Clustering) Internet technologies (HTTP, HTTPS, Secure Certificates) Intimate knowledge of VPN technologies Excellent English communication skills (reading, writing, and speaking) Accurate and prompt handling of telecom administration work and solving of related problems

* Implement a robust control infrastructure in the business that is in line with the organization’s policy - Ensure that Business Management has established and maintained an appropriate and effective system of internal controls addressing all risks, including legal/regulatory requirements.

This will require close monitoring of timely surprise proofs, regular proof analysis, escalation of issues and recommendation to sustain strong proof processes and implementation of prompt corrective action. This also includes performing semi-annual Detailed Proofs Review.

* Trainings - Conduct trainings such as Basic Compliance / Code of Conduct / Ethics. Conduct compliance orientation or briefing to all newly designated compliance officers.

* Others - ad hoc reviews, etc.

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
* At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Applicants must be willing to work in Makati City.
* Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
* Preferably assistant manager / managers.
