- Acts as the over-all coordinator of the LEAD programs.
- Under the supervision of the Organizational Development Manager, evaluates the Company’s desired level of success and proposes OD training initiatives to achieve these goals. Keeps abreast of frequently arising employee issues and explores possible Organizational Development interventions to address these.
