Accenture is looking for call center employees.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Identify and handle customer inquiries, resolve customer concerns and maintains customer satisfaction.
Provide assistance in handling customer’s Technical Requirement.
Accenture Manila has announced that the Philippine office has to lay off more than 500 employees in different divisions (mostly Solutions).
