RESPONSIBILITIES:

Identify and handle customer inquiries, resolve customer concerns and maintains customer satisfaction.
Provide assistance in handling customer’s Technical Requirement.

REQUIREMENTS:

Graduate/Diploma Holder or College Level with equivalent experience.
Preferably 6 months to 1 year relevant experience in a call center handling technical support account or in outsourcing, shared services, operations or in the service industry.
Knowledge/ experience in IT or network administration a plus.
Excellent in verbal and written communication skills.
