Language Trainer

Job Description:

* Training and Development

o Create competency based training materials
o Extracting calls for observation
o Create, maintain and update Area Training Plan
o Perform training on revisions in SOPs and Forms
o Create Training Modules and Job Aids to facilitate learning and performance and improve compliance

* Training Needs Analysis

o Provide immediate feedback to the Trainees and Agents on floor
o Individual and Group Documentation ( FGDs )
o Perform Weekly Team calibrations

* Performance Management (Managing one’s own performance)

o Training Plan Update
o Maintain productivity report of trainees and Agents on Floor
o Administer written tools and practical exam
o Floor Evaluation
o Maintain trainees Scorecards

* Coaching and enhancement Program

o Re- visit technical knowledge
o Class Room Management
o Subject Matter Expertise
o Prepare new programs for Team’s enhancement

Minimum Qualifications:

* With above average technical skills, preferably a graduate of an I.T. course ( for Asst. Technical Trainer)
* With a degree in English or Communications or any related course (for Language Trainer)
* Previous experience related to the position will be an advantage
* Exceptional Presentation skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* With good leardership, organizational and analytical skills and ability to handle stressful situations
* Flexible, willing to work extended hours, on shifts, including holidays
* Patient, with a customer service oriented attitude
* Able to motivate and deliver competitive people
* Innovative and results oriented
