Responsibilities:
POSITION SUMMARY
Assists in the design and spearheads the conduct of training programs / activities that impart and strengthen the officers’ orientation towards the Vision, Mission, Values, and Competencies of the Company. Responsible for the coordination of the LEAD programs of the company.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assists various internal functions / departments in the design, conduct, and facilitation of Management Development Training Programs. Facilitates the further education of existing employees by equipping them with the skills necessary to improve work performance.
- Acts as the over-all coordinator of the LEAD programs.
- Under the supervision of the Organizational Development Manager, evaluates the Company’s desired level of success and proposes OD training initiatives to achieve these goals. Keeps abreast of frequently arising employee issues and explores possible Organizational Development interventions to address these.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Pasig City,Taguig City.
- Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
- Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Training & Development or equivalent.
