51i’ve been lookin’ for a call center job that would look into my skills and not just my school certificates. i’ve been into computing since 1989 and i have knowledge in both software and hardware, i have also created a pc techguide cd, windows bootable (pre-installed environment cd)and a multi-boot cd to name a few. I got tons of experience in pc assembly and troubleshooting. Would that be enough for me to land on this job?
I am willing to take a trade test and examinations to prove my skills.
