Back-office Customer Support Agent (Chargebacks)

Responsibilities:

* Research and resolve call center referrals and written merchant disputes on behalf of Chase Credit Card customers.
* Handle incoming customer calls that involve probing the customer to better understand the dispute and determine the appropriate course of action.
* Interact with customers and merchants to ensure the most appropriate, timely, and equitable resolution for the customer.
* Interpret and apply MasterCard and Visa regulations for all dispute situations.
* Customize letters of response to customers when needed.

Requirements:

* At least college level.
* Experience in customer service from any industry is a REQUIREMENT.
* Candidates should have excellent command of the English language.
* Applicants must be willing to work in Makati City.
* Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
* Candidates should be willing to work on graveyard or day shifts, weekends and holidays with rotating schedules.
* Applicants should have high motivation to work for a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
* Should have high motivation to work with American customers, clients and merchants via phone or email.
* Should have strong computer navigation and typing skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office application.
* Required language(s): English.
