* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field * Preferably 6 months experienced employees specializing in Customer Service or equivalent gained from the Call Center Industry . * Perfect understanding of English, particularly with grammar and spelling. * Enthusiastic, Positive, Creative, Optimistic, Fast Learner/thinker and Open Minded * 35 WPM speed (a must ) * Team player with good people and leadership skills. * Good organizational skills and Good typing skills * Willing to work on shifting schedule , weekends and/or holidays. * Composed, level headed and delivers under pressure.
