Communications Excellence Coach

Requirements:
POSITION SUMMARY

Under the supervision of the site Training Manger, the Communications Excellence Coach also works closely with the corporate training team and Site Director to support ongoing English skill development.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS

1-3 years previous experience in teaching English language to non-native English speakers
1-3 years professional experience or training experience in the following in English Accent Theatrical /Broadcasting Public Speaking
1-3 years prior experience facilitating leadership development (professional development) training or technical training experience
3-5 years experience with adult learning concepts and professional background in call center operations with presentation abilities
3-5 years excellent English skills (written and oral) used in a business environment

EDUCATION:

BA/BS / or Master’s level degree in English Language education (preferred)
BA/BS degree in Education related- field.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

• Individual who has spent considerable time and study in the US and who writing / speech / and grammar is excellent AND who have training skills
• Individual whose English writing / speech / and grammar skills are excellent AND who have training skills.
• Quality Specialists or Operations personnel with experience coaching and/or evaluating voice and accent and who have completed the full Communications Excellence course or equivalent

SKILLS:

Strong English written and oral communications skills.
Experienced facilitator who can implement program changes quickly and with a high degree of success.
Dynamic, energetic facilitator with the ability to read an audience and adjust delivery accordingly.
Ability to work on multiple projects in a rapidly changing environment.
Computer literate: proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
Innovative, self-motivated with a high degree of team spirit
Up to 20% travel may be required
Additional hours for ACE training certification process (8-16) outside of normal schedule
