Experienced Agents (Day Shift)
(National Capital Reg – Makati)
Responsibilities:
* Responsible for delivering customer satisfaction and problem resolution to the client’s customers for a particular account or program.
* Responsible for adhering to client call handling protocol and procedures
* Responsible for interfacing with customers through the phone in a courteous, empathetic and professional manner.
* Responsible for resolving customer needs, concerns and problems.
* Responsible for educating the customer on detailed product information
* Responsible for managing the performance of a group of call center representatives providing coaching and feedback, documenting results, counseling and mentoring, and delegation of work whenever necessary
* Responsible for customer case documentation
* Responsible for proper call escalation, call transfer and redirection of customer concerns.
* Responsible for delivering voice of the customer feedback to the client to improve overall service
* Responsible for delivering insight on how to improve overall customer satisfaction.
* Responsible for participating in focus group discussions, meetings, ongoing training and other activities related to improving overall customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
* Applicant must possess a Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field with 6 months and above call center experience and has been regularized.
* Applicants must have strong PC, keyboard and Internet skills, with the ability to simultaneously navigate through systems.
* Applicants must be willing to work in Makati.
* Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.

2Hi. I’m pretty sure I’m not meeting all your requirements. But I’m posting this comment for two things- I’m at home and just having fun posting job applications online. Secondly, I’m not having fun anymore at my current job. Presently, I work as a Phone Tech Agent supporting the AOL software client at eTelecare-Clark. Previously, I was an AOL Techmail Consultant, a non-voice queue supporting the AOL software also.
Prior to this positions,believe it or not, I was a company driver for AOL Member Services, Phils. in Clark. The AOL site director then said she saw some potentials in me the way I speak English. She urged me to train as a call center agent. And so I accepted the offer, as it is something new and challenging for me. And, well, the rest is history. And I can say that talking to Americans on the phone is actually fun. A lot of them don’t actually believe that they are talking to someone from the Philippines.

the truth is i dont have any experienced in working in call center,i just came back home from abroad, that is why im un employed right now. i’m not sure if iam qualified enough for the said job but iam willing to learn and undergo in training (dayhift only) ..
