INBOUND/CSR MANAGER
(Makati City – NCR)

Qualifications:

* Female at least 25-35 years old
* College Graduate of Management/Business course or any related field
* Must have at least 3-5 years experience as Inbound/CSR Manager in a call center industry
* Preferably with Experience in Telecommunications
* Solid Background in Inbound Account or Customer Service
* Excellent communication skills both in oral and written
* Excellent analytical skills and with keen attention to details
* Goal oriented, motivated and work driven
