Responsibilities:

* Candidates will be tasked to produce reports pertaining to call handling, customer requests and complaints.

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess a Bachelors Degree in any 4-year course
* Required skill(s): Communication skills, MS Office application.
* Required language(s): English, Filipino
* At least 0-6 months of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Applicants must be willing to work in Muntinlupa and willing to undergo shifting schedule.
* 10 Temporary positions available.

Hi there! I’m from bacoor, cavite, still looking for a CSR position.
I’m a graduate of Civil Engineering in TUP last 2006 (4-year course)
I’ve been in call center industry for 14 months now.
Is the CSR position still available? How much would be the compensation?
I’m getting 14K from my recent company.

Apply ka First Advantage- subsidiary ng Firt American Company which has been existing since 1889 ‘ata. madali lang ang job you’ll do background investigation, very minimal lang ang calls.Good pay,the work is not stressful and the people are really nice.
