Call Center Professionals (DAY SHIFT)
(National Capital Reg – Ortigas Center,Pasig City)

Responsibilities:
TECHNICAL SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVES
> At least six (6) months ADSL technical support experience for Aus, US or UK
> Dial-up Internet, Windows and Mac OS support experience preferred
> Exceptional communication, comprehension and customer service skills required

CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES
> At least six (6) months billing or customer support experience for international clients
> Exceptional communication, comprehension and customer service skills required

OUTBOUND SALES REPRESENTATIVES
> At least six (6) months telemarketing or outbound sales experience for international clients
> Exceptional communication, comprehension and customer service skills required

Requirements:
At least a High School Diploma or Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field.
Required language(s): English.
Applicants must be willing to work in Ortigas Center, Pasig City.
Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
Preferably 1-4 yrs experienced employees specializing in Technical Support, Customer Service, or Outbound Sales.
