PRODUCT SPECIFIC TRAINER – CEBU SITE

RESPONSIBILITIES
You will conduct client specific training programs to ensure agents and support staff are qualified to meet phone and email transaction quality and productivity requirements.

REQUIREMENTS

* Candidate must possess a four (4) year Bachelor’s Degree.

* Proven communication effectiveness – verbal, non verbal, written etc. – in training settings.

* 2-3 years of experience in creating, conducting and assessing various training modules.

* A passion for people, motivational skills and coaching abilities are essential for this position.

* Schedule must be flexible to work extended hours, shifting schedules, weekends and holidays
