Billing Data Processor
(Quezon City – NCR)

JOB DESCRIPTION

The person in this position will be responsible for printing faxes and emails that are submitted by our insurance verification team. Once the information has been printed, the data will then be entered into our data base with the given account number. They will be asked to function as a billing specialist, billing charges given, to the specified insurance organizations. He/she will also be responsible for saving image files to specified drives and directories. Other clerical duties may be assigned as needed.

As a billing associate, they should be dedicated to improving our customer relations, which extends to helping each other achieve results. There will be times when we will be required to perform other duties outside of our competency profile as requested, directed or assigned in order to meet business needs, maintain high quality of service and uphold the mission and values statements of our company.

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate or Bachelor’s/College Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
* Minimum Typing Speed of 40 to 57 WPM with 90% Accuracy
* PC Proficiency Required; Knowledge of Windows applications
* Ability to work in Run-Time Access Applications
* Ability to navigate effectively in PC-based fax applications and save image files to specified drives and directorie
* Strong organization skills
* Detail-oriented
* Dependable and punctual
