IT Application Support and Service Management Specialist
(National Capital Reg - Quezon City)

* Provide Service Management for the account’s applications using ITIL-based processes in meeting Service Level and Operating Level Agreements
* Ensure day-to-day reliability of applications and infrastructure by close coordination with other support groups
* Define and/ or perform IT work processes that meet Business Control standards of both IBM and the client
* Coordinate collection and review of monthly delivery metrics
* Conduct periodic service reviews with key customers

REQUIREMENTS:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Engineering, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
* At least with a supervisory experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Applicants must be willing to work in Quezon City.
* Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
* Preferably 3-4 yrs experienced employees specializing in IT or equivalent.
* Have strong leadership skills, passion for quality and ownership in accomplishing challenging goals
* Have solid anlaytical and problem solving skills, able to apply logical methods to solve problems while considering various alternatives in coming up with creative solutions
* Willing to travel and can work in flexible/ rotational shifts
* Experience or knowledge in Domino/ Peoplesoft/ SAP-HR/ ABAP is an advantage
* Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
