REQUIREMENTS:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field.
* Applicants must be willing to work in Bacolod City.
* Two (2) years working experience in a Call Center Operations Environment or Project Management Team.
* Three (3) years technical background os an advantage.
* Experience in group dynamics and organization.
* Excellent Written and Verbal Communication skills.
* Ability to multi-task – can implement simultaneously projects in a timely manner and successfully meet program objectives.
* Strong process flow management skills.
* Strong negotiation and problem solving skills.
* Excellent presentation skills.
* Detail-oriented.
* Team player.
* Sales experience is an advantage.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office.
