* At least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field.
* At least 2 years work experience using Peoplesoft Enterprise Tools (PeopleTools); knowledge in Kronos is an advantage.
* Must have strong English communication skills.
* Must have very good business analysis skills.
* Ability to lead a team is an advantage.
* Ability to speak and/or write in other major languages is an advantage.
* Required language(s): English.
